CASTING CALL – CHILEAN FEMALE VOICE ACTORS

Vi are currently making an independent documentary about Adoption and Family Reunion.

We are looking for two Chilean female voice actors to portray real messages and conversations with sensitivity, warmth, and authenticity.

**ROLE 1 – MARIA**

Age range: Approximately 50–65 years old

Voice qualities:

- Warm and maternal

- Emotional and sincere

- Natural Chilean accent

Maria is the biological mother. The role involves voicing selected WhatsApp messages sent between her and the child put up for adoption. Messages can be heavy to read.

**ROLE 2 – COCO**

Age range: Approximately 30–35 years old

Voice qualities:

- Calm and genuine

- Warm and compassionate

- Natural Chilean accent

- Able to speak English with an accent

Coco is the biological sister. The role involves voicing selected WhatsApp messages sent between her and the child put up for adoption. Messages can be heavy to read.

**ABOUT THE PROJECT:**

This is a deeply personal documentary about identity, loss, grief, reunion, and rebuilding family connections after nearly three decades apart.

The performances should feel natural and intimate rather than theatrical. Keep it respectful due to the realism in this story.

Professional experience is welcome, but not required.

• Remote recording is possible.

• Compensation available (approximately 2,500 NOK per role, depending on workload).

• Full credit will be given in the documentary.
